With this thought, we commenced our journey into the construction industry three decades ago with a building company, where Keells Development (part of John Keells Holdings – country’s largest public company) became our very first client.

The company – BMI Holdings Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1994 as an initiative to join all our subsidiaries under a holding company.

Today our group consists of 04 operating establishments naming BMI Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Built-Mech Services (Pvt) Ltd, United Realtors (Pvt) Ltd & Renewable Energy Systems Lanka (Pvt) Ltd with a diverse portfolio of clients across many sectors and geographies. The group offers a vast array of services such as Mechanical Ventilation / Air Conditioning (MVAC), Engineering services, Customized ready-to-go Industrial facilities & Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO).

Further, we actively promote diversity as we believe it makes good business sense and can create competitive advantages.
